Which file can I retrieve member list from?

My forum crashed completely  :-\ but I have 95% of the files. Which one can I retrieve members list from? I especially need their emails. Thanks!   :)

How can I do it then if my database just wouldn't work? Is there some way to it by breaking into some file? THX!

how did it crash? what error message are u getting now? can you get into your admin center? have you ever made database backup/dump files?
