This is, I'm sorry to tell you, a user error.

You are assuming that you are on a linux serevr with a linux path - this is not the case, which is clear from your error message.

To get the attachments path, I simply take the c:\Inetpub\Home\thcity.com\horus\yabbse\Sources\Post.php from your error, and strip off the Sources\Post.php.  Then, I add attachments.

Therefore, your path is:
c:\Inetpub\Home\thcity.com\horus\yabbse\attachments
OR
c:/Inetpub/Home/thcity.com/horus/yabbse/attachments
(either one works just as well.)

There should be NO httpd in your paths, and there SHOULD be a "c:".
