i think i found out the problem
your english.lng isnt CHMODed to 666
pls read the readme file (readme.html) that comes in the yse package
make sure u've applied the CHMOD settings as shown in the readme file
then try to apply the mod again

I get a error when I try and change the Premissions of the english.lng "550 Change mode failed: Operation not permitted" and I am logged In so I dont know why it wont let me change it.

try to chmod the forum directory to 777, also Sources directory, then try to reapply the mod
if u get an error about the databse part, u can ignore it, because u've inserted the data earlier

it's definitelly a permission problem, because this error msg was showing:
2: Unable to create 'english.lng~': Permission denied
(/wh56102/public_html/forum/Sources/Packages.php ln 358)
