Errors while installing

For every step i keep getitng errors similar but was able to hit the procced button except when i got a step 7 i get this

Check your server - 127.0.0.1 (localhost) doesn't seem to have one... or it isn't on.

my server is always on, im using coolfreepages as a host.  Would it have to do with when its asking you to enter database name username, password, etc i put localhost in the top box is that correct.  Otherwise i dont know why its saying 127.0.0.1

127.0.0.1 means "self."  In other words, this means that the server it is on must ALSO be a MySQL server - which is not always the case.

You might check with your host to find out about their MySQL server information.

PS: On another note, please don't pm me asking if I will answer your post.... this will NOT speed my reply at all.  It just happens that I cannot always be at my computer, answering peoples questions.  (it's called life - sucks doesn't it?)
