iurl for On Site Links

You know the iurl tag, makes it so the link opens in the same window.  I would like it so all redirection threads, after moving, use it.  Not only that but any link that is going to another thread on my forum to use iurl too.

Ok, the moving thread thing was simple.

Open MoveThread.php

in the function movethread2

find
