you will pick out text, than press "Quick-Quote" and text, you have selected, will be placed to Quick-Replay box?

Well, it's definitely possible, I've just been trying out some JavaScript for getting the selection from a page, and it works fine. The only problem is that, unless somebody writes an HTML->YaBBCode script, you'll only be able to quote the text, not any images, font formatting etc...
